Dr. Seper received her undergraduate degree from The University of St. Francis. She attended Rush Medical College and served her Internship and Residency training at The University of South Florida College of Medicine in General Surgery and Otolaryngology.

Dr. Seper is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Society of Women in Otolaryngology, American Medical Association, Florida Medical Association and Hillsborough Medical Association. She specializes in general Otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and facial rejuvenation.

Dr. Seper practices at our Fletcher Avenue location. She performs surgery at University Community Hospital in Tampa and New Tampa Surgery Center in Wesley Chapel.
