Our office is staffed with personable, knowledgeable personnel available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to schedule your appointment. We accept appointments from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We are closed during lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.

In most cases, your appointment can be scheduled in less than two weeks. We can also accommodate emergency or urgent care on an as-needed basis.

Our Tampa office is located at 3000 Medical Park Drive, Suite 200. From I-275 take exit 52-Fletcher Avenue, head East. Turn left onto Bruce B. Downs Blvd. Take the first right onto Medical Park Drive. We are located in the Life Hope Building facing Bruce B. Downs Blvd. From I-75 take exit 266-Fletcher Avenue, head West. Take a right onto Bruce B. Downs Blvd. Take the first right onto Medical Park Drive.

Parking is limited around the building; however, there is overflow parking behind the Life Hope building next to Florida Hospital Tampa. Free parking is also available in the parking garage.
